Direct environment / Bayernallee

Right next door is the Mensa Bayernallee, the administration of the FH and the departments of architecture and civil engineering , where there is also a library with printers.

The bus stops Bayernallee and Rathenauallee are only 2 minutes away. Lines: 11, 21, 30, 31, 36, 51, N1, N5, SB63. It takes 9 minutes by bus to get to the main train station. In addition, you can even get directly to the university clinic from the nearby Siegel stop (line 103).

Burtscheid (<10min walk)

Burtscheid is the name of the district in which the dormitory is located. It is characterized by a market in the center, various parks and proximity to the city center and the Aachen Forest. Every Friday there is a market with fresh goods from the region.

Shops: Edeka , DM , Post , Alnatura, Aachener Bank, various bakeries, cafes, kebab shops, restaurants, stationery, butchers and much more.

Aachen Forest (10 min)

Relaxation from the stress of studying can be found a few hundred meters up the road in the Aachen Forest. Walking, running, mountain biking. With more than 2 hectares in size, it should hardly get boring here.
